Delivery / Pickup Policy

KREWSR does not ship physical retail products. This Delivery / Pickup Policy describes how vehicle rental services are delivered to Renters in Jamaica—via Host pickup locations, agreed meeting points, or Host delivery where offered.

1. Service delivery model

Each listing states a pickup location (for example Kingston, Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Negril, or airport areas).
Some Hosts may offer delivery to an address or airport for an additional fee disclosed before booking.
“Delivery” means providing access to the rented vehicle for the booked period, not courier shipping of goods.

2. Before pickup

Confirm time and place with the Host through KREWSR messaging.
Bring a valid driver’s licence and any documents requested by the Host.
Inspect the vehicle together (photos of existing damage are recommended).

3. Pickup and handover

Keys and vehicle access are handed over only to the booked Renter (or an agreed authorized driver).
Fuel level, mileage, and condition should be noted at handover.
Late arrival by either party should be communicated promptly. Excessive no-shows may lead to cancellation under the Refund Policy.

4. Host delivery (where offered)

If a Host offers delivery:

The delivery fee, address, and time window must be agreed before payment where possible.
Delivery areas may be limited (for example within parish or airport only).
Failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unreachable Renter may be treated as a Renter no-show.

5. Return of the vehicle

Return the vehicle on time, to the agreed location, with fuel and condition as agreed.
Late returns may incur additional daily charges at the listing rate unless the Host agrees otherwise.
Report accidents or mechanical issues to the Host immediately and follow local legal requirements.

6. Airport and travel notes

For Sangster (MBJ) or Norman Manley (KIN) pickups, allow time for flight delays and customs. Coordinate meeting points clearly (arrivals hall, parking, hotel, etc.).
