KREWSR takes the security of our website and customer transactions seriously.
1. Secure connection (HTTPS / TLS)
Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS using a valid TLS digital certificate for krewsr.com and www.krewsr.com. When you visit the site, your browser shows a padlock indicating the connection is encrypted.
You can view certificate details in your browser: padlock icon → Connection is secure → Certificate is valid.
2. Secure HTML order / checkout
Before payment is collected, KREWSR presents a Secure Checkout order summary that includes:
- Vehicle / booking details and rental dates
- Order total
- Links to Terms, Privacy, Refund, and Delivery policies
- Required acknowledgement before payment proceeds
Card and bank payment data are processed by our payment service providers on secure pages. KREWSR does not store full payment card numbers on our application servers.
Host payout bank details are only shown in full to authorised KREWSR payout staff; Hosts and other users see a masked account number. Every payout is recorded with the staff member who sent it and the bank transfer reference, and Hosts are notified by email each time a payout is sent.
